Donkey Of The Day for Tuesday, September 14th goes to a 52-year-old Maryland Man Thomas Stemen. Mr. Stemen was charged with first and second degree assault and is facing up to 10 years in prison.
The Maryland man stabbed a woman with a semen-filled syringe as she was walking to a shopping cart in a grocery store and reportedly also tried to stab two other women as well.
