A corrections officer from the State Correctional Institution (SCI) Camp Hill in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, has been charged with attempted sexual assault of a child. Robert Burkholder, 36, was arrested by the Punxsutawney Borough Police Department in Jefferson County as part of an operation involving the nonprofit group 814 Pred Hunters. Burkholder, who resides in Lewisberry, was apprehended in a local park around 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday (October 15). The video of his arrest has already been viewed over 200,000 times. Following his arrest, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections confirmed that Burkholder has been suspended without pay pending the outcome of the charges against him. "We are aware of the charges. Mr. Burkholder will be suspended without pay pending resolution of the charges against him," a department representative stated, according to Local 21 News.
