Harrisburg University of Science and Technology will raise undergraduate tuition for the 2025-26 academic year. Starting in fall 2025, full-time undergraduate tuition will increase from $11,950 to $12,300 per semester, with an additional $250 services fee, bringing the total base cost to $12,550 per semester. Part-time tuition will rise to $1,030 per credit hour, while graduate and online program rates will remain unchanged.

According to the university, the three-percent increase is due to rising operational costs, inflation, and broader economic uncertainty. The university emphasizes its commitment to affordability and continues to offer strong financial aid support.

Harrisburg University remains one of the most affordable private universities in the region, offering high-quality academic programs with strong career outcomes. Students with questions about their accounts or financial aid options can contact the Office of Financial Aid at 717-901-5115 or email financialaid@harrisburgu.edu.

ABC27 and Yahoo News reported that the university's Board of Trustees approved the updated tuition rates, which will take effect in the fall of 2025.
