(Lancaster County, PA) -- A long standoff in Lancaster County ended peacefully on Thursday. Manor Township police officers were called to a home near Stone Mill Road for reports of an armed man threatening to harm himself. A shelter in place order was issued for nearby residents until the man surrendered about eight hours later. He was taken to a medical facility, and it is unknown if he will face charges.
