>>Today Is Final Day To Request Mail-In Ballot In Pennsylvania

Today marks the final day for registered voters in Pennsylvania to request a mail-in or absentee ballot for the upcoming election. According to the official website of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, voters can apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot online with a valid PA driver's license, PennDOT-issued photo ID, or the last 4 digits of their Social Security number.

Voters can also download and complete a paper application and mail it to their county election office. The office must receive the paper application at least one week before the election. Once the county's ballot is finalized and available, voters may request and receive their mail-in ballot in one visit to their county election office or other officially designated location.

For those who missed the October 29 deadline due to an emergency, such as an unexpected illness, disability, or a last-minute absence from their municipality on Election Day, there is still a chance to receive a ballot. Information on how to get an emergency absentee ballot can be found on the official Pennsylvania government website.

The website also provides resources for voters who require accessibility assistance and information on how to designate someone to deliver ballot materials for those with a disability that prevents them from applying in person or delivering their mail ballot.
