State Assembly Lawmakers Out of Session Until End of February
(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Pennsylvania House and Senate are out of session until late February. That's when three special elections will take place in Allegheny County that could decide a new majority in the House. Lawmakers have been at a standstill since neither party has enough power to approve operating rules that allow committees to form and votes to be held.
