Sixth Annual West Reading Ice 'N Spice Festival Starts Friday
(West Reading, PA) -- Ice artists are getting ready for the sixth annual West Reading Ice 'N Spice Festival Friday. They'll create and showcase their sculptures all weekend on Penn Avenue in West Reading. The event this year features a local sculptor who's a nationally-known pumpkin carver. Danny Kissel of Kissel Studios is participating -- he's from Newville in Cumberland County. The festival runs from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
