(Phoenix, AZ) -- John Cena is adding another accomplishment ro his resume. The Make-A-Wish Foundation reports that the actor and wrestler broke the world record for the most wishes granted through their organization. Cena has now helped fulfill the desires of 650 children with critical illnesses since granting his first wish in 2002. A news release from the nonprofit says the 13-time WWE Champion is the most-requested celebrity among kids.
