The Cape May prosecutor says one 18 year old pedestrian was fatally struck, a passenger in another vehicle was killed, the investigation into the details of that incident is underway. The 37 year old male driver from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was taken into custody following the pedestrian crash, he faces several related charges. Wildwood's mayor also confirming there were reports of several serious crashes tied to the illegal rally. Officials in Wildwood warned the public earlier in the week that dangerous behavior from the rally would not be tolerated.
