The WAA Ceremony and general wreath laying is held 16 December 2023 rain, snow, or shine (we prefer shine)
To attend the WAA ceremony, come early, follow WAA Event Signs and instructions.
The WAA ceremony will begin at noon in the PA Veterans Memorial and last approximately 1 hour. Laying of the wreaths across the cemetery will begin immediately *following* the ceremony. Dress warmly for the weather & wear comfortable, appropriate walking shoes.
There is NO parking on Fort Indiantown Gap or on the cemetery grounds.
FREE Parking will be available at:
BLUE Parking/North: Exit 90 off US81 For GPS purposes, you can use 80 Micro Dr., or 100 MSC Dr., both Jonestown, PA
RED Parking/South: Exit 85 off US81 Memorial Lake State Park Fisher Ave to Asher Miner Rd to Boundary Rd. This is also the location of placarded handicap parking at Emmanuel Church.
Shuttle service from parking to the cemetery will begin at 10:00 AM on December 16, 2023, and continue throughout the day.
There is return bus service to the same parking lots for all volunteers and attendees.
Due to the closing of Fisher Ave to thru traffic be aware there are new traffic patterns.
If you are not comfortable attending for any reason (weather, health, ...) you are invited to watch the ceremony which will be posted later on our FB page

On December 16, 2023 at 12:00 pm (Wreath Placement Immediately Following Ceremony), Wreaths Across America will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.
Please help our location lay wreaths at as many graves as possible by clicking the red "Sponsor" button.
